Joanne Chessey and Steve Ristich, partners in life for 25+ years, are the proprietors of Twin Hearts Farm Bed & Breakfast.
New to bed and breakfast hospitality, Joanne and Steve have experience in co-running a lakefront vacation home formerly owned by the Chessey family.
Joanne spent 30+ years in the financial services industry and Steve continues to be an expert carpenter/handy man. In his free time, Steve is also a musician; primarily focusing on percussion.
They decided to share their beautiful home and land by opening a bed and breakfast as a perfect life transition. Joanne and Steve traveled extensively and used those experiences to guide them in the themes used throughout the rooms as they restored their historic farmhouse.
In precious down time, Joanne and Steve downhill night ski at nearby Shawnee Peak, snowshoe and cross country ski, hike and take nature walks on the “forever wild” conserved acreage Joanne preserved years ago with her parents, which sits adjacent to the bed and breakfast. They also enjoy fishing, gardening, playing pool, cooking, and travelling.
Joanne and Steve currently share their home with resident cat, Dottie.
