Living in the beautiful Northeast, we experience all the seasons to their fullest. Winter is glorious with its heavy blanket of snow allowing for downhill/cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, and snowshoeing. Spring provides us with samplings of the seasons yet to come and the awakening of all the woodland creatures.
“Adopt the pace of Nature. Her secret is patience.” -Ralph Waldo Emerson
Summer is fleeting in Maine! During it’s illusive tenure here, we prefer to absorb as much time outdoors as we can. Swimming, biking, hiking, reading, writing, and relaxing is the mantra of all those who come to Maine in summer. In autumn we extend these experiences as long as possible. Warm days and cool nights provide relaxation and deep rejuvenating slumber. Fall is a warm jewel-toned time of year to enjoy. Leaf-peepers beware! You may not want to go home after you experience Maine in fall!
